Outside of her career, studies, and philanthropic services, Sabria is an "all-around" enthusiast, who loves cooking, blogging, participating in various recreational sports (ice skating, roller skating, tennis, and volleyball), playing the piano, and traveling.

Additionally, Sabria holds interests in animal-welfare, science, and various arts (poetry, music, visual art, and various cultures and languages)- an interest that sparked after learning her paternal grandparents were originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
