"ANIMAL-WELARE INITIATIVE" REWARD

The "Animal-Welfare Initiative" reward was created by Sabria- as part of her effort to encourage people to support animal-welfare. As a "thank you" for participation, one winner (and their participating associate- if applicable) will receive a FREE one-night stay at one of the Great Wolf Lodge- an indoor animal-themed waterpark resort.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION 

1. Read all disclaimers and "Rules & Regulations" pertaining to the "SRewards by Sabria" and the online "Animal Support Initiative" form.
2. Participants must record and submit a (2-minute maximum) video that shows how they are contributing to animal-welfare. (Example: rescuing animals, volunteering with homeless animals, or making a generous donation of money or NEW items to a non-profit animal-welfare organization.) *First and last name of participant MUST BE provided to supported organization for confirmation by Miss Sabria's team.
3. Complete and submit the online entry form below- including name, email address, phone number, answers to questions, attached photo or video, and name of participating associate (if applicable).

***All accommodating associates are REQUIRED to follow the same steps.***

NO “SREWARD BY SABRIA” PURCHASE NECESSARY

“SReward by Sabria” cannot be purchased. Recipients are selected by Sabria Revader and her team.

ELIGIBILITY

This reward is open to legal residents of all 50 United States of America, aged 18 years or older; unless otherwise prohibited by law. Employees of Sabria Revader and Sareva LLC (and its subsidiaries) are not eligible to participate.

ENTRY PERIOD 

The entry-period begins on March 1, 2025 at 6:00 a.m. and ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time). Entries received outside of the this period will not be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected based on submission.

***Selectee must be an active supporter of Sabria Revader.***

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

Winner will be notified by email or phone within (10) days of entry-period ending. If the winner does not respond within (10) days of being notified, an alternate winner will be selected.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, winners grant Sabria Revader permission to use their name, likeness (photos and videos), and entry materials for promotional purposes without further compensation; unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sabria Revader (and her team) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical problems, errors, or malfunctions- nor liable for any damages, injury, or loss resulting from participation in the entry or the acceptance and use of the prize.

FEES & FINES

Winners are responsible for their own airfare and ground transportation to the hotel and additional lodging and meals outside of presented accommodations. ALL incidental fees incurred from damage or destruction of properties and legal fines imposed by courts.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sabria Revader- which are final and binding in all matters related to the prize. Sabria Revader reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this reward at any time- if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

PRIVACY

By entering, participants agree to Sabria Revader’s privacy policy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize.

DISPUTES

“SRewards by Sabria” is governed by the laws of North Carolina (United States of America), without respect to conflict of law principles. By entering, participants agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration.
